alyse lWe arrive on time during normal business hours. No personal was at store or at the desk. I had to down load the app which wasn't working properly to get the code for the key. App would not give me a code. I got a hold of a nice woman at the National number, but by the time we got the key it was 30mins into our time. That 30 mins caused us to miss the appointment for the pick up of furniture so we were unable to get the furniture. When I returned, the app wasn't working properly for the return. I called the local number again (no one in the office with business hours on the door 8am-8pm) a gentleman told me I had to go back to the parking lot which was located behind the building to take a picture of the milage. I requested a refund for the hour I lost since I was back 30mins early and lost 30 mins in the beginning and he said there were no refunds. This was them not providing service. He wanted to give me the truck for 24hours but my schedule didn't allow for that. This was the Poolesville office. I would not recommend using this site at all.
