Fully inform them up front of massive difference in rates between one way and two way rental. Customer should be aware that Port Colborne's outlet doesn't. As last time truck was rented from Port Colborne they were told truck was being returned to them.

They got the truck stuck in the snow while bringing it around which took an extra 30 mins for me to pick it up. The back cargo door was completely frozen shut to the point that I had to pry it with a shovel to get it open. The fuel was way under what the contract said it was, and when I went back inside to tell her about it she said she couldn’t print me another contract and just to explain to the person at the drop off location what had happened. I put 30$ in fuel in it which got it back to where it was and when I got to the drop off location, nobody working there knew anything about uhaul. Now I have received a bill from uhaul saying that I owe $46 for fuel which means my 1 hr and 10 minute HIGHWAY drive cost me almost $80?????? What a scam! Never again will I trust uhaul!

Have rentals in kilometers not mph We are driving in Canada

Everything went great. The customer service was excellent. Very helpful, kind and courteous. Only one suggestion, I noticed the truck is from Texas and we are in Canada. Here in Canada, we have a thing called snow. Summer wiper blades freeze up and is dangerous....

Sent me to northern Ontario where there is snow with summer tires. As we got further north we hit some pretty bad weather. We could have died. Then we got stuck on a completely plowed Rd and had to pay 100 for a tow also where I was returning truck was a towing company but when I called there was no phone number for the rental place you should up date google with proper phone number. I did not have a great experience

I specifically requested that my credit card was not to be charged and it was only to be used as a backup for rental. However my card was charged instead of debit. Not pleased.

Clearer communication. We reserved at one location, got a call saying there was no truck, got sent to another in another city which also had no truck and then ended up back in the original city at a different location. It took us over an hour to get a truck we had reserved.
