My experience was Great the lady at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful and the guys getting you the vehicle were quick. This location definitely gets an "A" in my book.

BRAD CI had no ussue with the reservation or pivk up. At the time of pick up, The rental was one way. I was told the trailer could be dropped off at any Uhaul location when we reached iur destinatiin. Trailer wad dropped of at location indicated on Monday, Nov.24, in the afternoon. Owner was in the parking lot when we arrived with the trailer. He stated we could leave it and he would check it in the next day. I had him confirm he would log it in on Tues. Indicating we dropped it off on Mon. He assured me he would. However, that did not happen and I received a phone call from Uhaul inquiring about the return of the Uhaul. I greatly appreciate Beth from 360 Express for helping me with this issue. She went above and beyond to help me.
