We did notice that the truck's wear and tear when driving. But overall great location, easy check out, and the staff were very nice.

ALFREDO SI would recommend U-Haul, but I strongly suggest clarifying all the rental terms, return options, and charges before completing the rental. I rented a trailer to transport a car to Miami and used it for less than one full day. However, I was charged for two full days because I was told the computer only provided a two-day rental option. I would have preferred to return the trailer in Port St. Lucie and would have been willing to pay an additional fee for a different drop-off location. My main issue was that these options and charges were not clearly explained beforehand. Overall, U-Haul provided the equipment I needed, but better communication upfront would have made the experience much better.
