Only complaint was that Van rented wasn’t checked in upon return. Service guy was handed the key and was instructed to check it in by office personnel but never did. 2 days later, customer card was charged an additional charge. Customer had to come up to location to inquire on why he was being charged additional. Come to find out that service guy never checked in Rental. Office personnel told customer that he will be refunded but will take a couple days. Customer is still waiting for reimbursement of additional charges.
