It took me over an hour to pick up my truck. They told me I had to walk half a mile to park my car and then walk to get the truck. They could not even give me the address for the location of the truck. The counter person just said that what the boss says and I can't change it. They did not tell me that they can't operate their location due to construction on their parking lot. The staff in the lot gave me a ride due to the rain. Stay away. This is a bad franchise owner. You have choices. There are a lot of U-Haul rental places nearly. Hopefully they are not owned by the same bad franchise owner.

Felix T24' truck had less than 1/8th gas in it. I had to immediately try to a gas station and get gas. A lot a uhaul places do this but it is predatory as you have to fill back up the tank to at least where it was when you received the truck knowing that your 9/10 times going to end up with more gas than you started with. Fill up the trucks and I'll top it off. Not a hard concept.
