DIEGO SLindsay handled everything very efficiently. She was helpful by telephone and in person and got me completely set up for my move. When I went to pick up the truck, I was told that they were missing (1) furniture dolly. I also had to go through the paperwork once again. Not a major inconvenience but the missing furniture dolly delayed my loading and offloading. The experience was still Excellent - by some additional equipment and store it!
