Provide space to park equipment. Light up parking. Unsafe for dropoffs after dark with such a cramped parking area and no lights to see to walk and then you have to drop key off across the street. Hard to contact via phone, They charged me 25.00 cleaning fee because I didn't sweep the back out. The truck was not dirty. I hauled space bags of full of clothes and loaded wearing socks. I didn't track in mud ro dirty the truck. If there was anything on the floor is was there when I picked it up. Did not appear dirty to me. Of all the times I have rented uhauls, I have never been charged a cleaning fee.
