My experience was great from staff to equipment. My one critic is that for customers renting on a Saturday from this specific location, it should be noted that an 8:00 a.m. pick up is not an option since it does not open until 9:00 a.m. I opted for the 8:00 a.m. pick up and waited in sub-zero temperatures to actually get my rental vehicle because I was not told that the location opened at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. When I called the U-haul 800 line, I was helped and offered pick-up at another location, but this location was most convenient for me.
RENE LVery disappointed U-Haul changed my pick up location 2 times the last time was an hour before I was supposed to pick it up but the pick up then was fast and efficient and so was the drop off
