I called because I was charged a extra 13.54 on my card after I left not knowing why I was charged extra so I called & I was informed that the lady will give me a call back I never received a call to explain why I was charged a extra 13.54 . I rented the cargo van @ 1:39 & I only suppose to have til 3:30 I brought it back @ 3:00 with them same amount of gas I left with .
