When I originally booked it through the uhaul website it said they were open. When I arrived it was not. They did not have any sign or instruction on how to properly proceed. There not was crowded and difficult to drop off.
VIOLET Hwe got done a day early so tried to go to a location 1.5 miles away. great place the needed my truck had a customer waiting for it to take right then. BUT OH NO WE COULDNT LEAVE IT THERE WE NEEDED PERMISSSION FROM ROSS POINT IN POST FALLS WE CALLED THEM TWICW NO ANSWER TO GET PERMISSION. SO AFTRE 1/2 HOUR WAIT WE DROVE TO ROSS POINT TO DROPMOFF THE TRUCK. GOT IT DONE JUST REALY CRAZT. oNE PLACE CAN TAKE IT THE ONE I ORIGINALLY ASKED COULD NOT AS IT WASNT WRITTEN DOWN ON PAPER

Erin GTrailer pickup was quick and easy to do. Minimal "paperwork" that was all done digitally. The U-Haul personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable on all the details of renting a trailer for a cross-country move.
