The location and people working there were awesome. U-haul could make it easier for customers. My pick-up of the trailer was scheduled for Sunday. However, I got a call from this location on Saturday at about 11:00 am saying that they were closed on Sunday and would need to pick the trailer up today by 3. We were actually ready to head out of town so this through a wrench in the weekend plans. When I made the reservation over the phone, U-haul should have told me I would need to pick this up a day early or I should have received a phone call before Saturday. I couldn't book this online probably because of this. Had the woman from Barry's called me a few minutes later, we would have been out of town and out of luck because there would be no way for us to get back before the closing hours. It would have been better if I could have just booked the whole thing online.
