Received truck empty of gas and then got charged by uhaul for gas. Had to delay plans to go get gas and then paid for it twice, once ourselves and once via a charge by u haul. Will not use again.

Yolanda CI was given the truck with less than a quarter tank and returned it with over a half tank. U-Haul refused to refund the difference on my credit card but gave me a $20 u-haul credit. This is a horrible policy as I may never need to use another u-haul truck in my lifetime. I got ripped off $20. It's a Bull Shit policy!!!!! And YES that's how I really feel!!!!!
