I’m in the process of starting a dispute pertaining to the mileage used. While Barry‘s auto sales was very nice. I have the original receipt. I do not agree that I used 292 miles and if they want any payment, they should try to meet me halfway meaning 1/2 of 292 sounds more like the amount of mileage used, 181 even that is a big excessive given. It was less than 6 miles back-and-forth to many of the storage units and apartments. I believe I used about 140 miles.
Joanna MGood experience at the facility. At checkout, a camera shot was taken of fuel gage and odometer and submitted to UHAUL.com but no confirmation received that picture was received. I left the facility wondering if UHAUL had received the picture and could process the final invoice. Fortunately the final invoice/receipt was sent to my email 2 hours after checkout with the information submitted via camera shot. All's well that ends well.
