I didn't realize I needed to fill out an online reservation. Luckily i had my phone but my internet connection wasnt the best. It took a while to answer No to all the unnessasary pages of extra items that were available for purchase. I thought I could just fill out sone quick forms at the desck but I guess the internet is the way to go. The clerk was friendly and helpful, the truck was in good shape and ran fine. The price hood and was as what I had expectedAndrew B.

Obvious signage at UHaul drop off location would help.john C.
The vehicle was old, a few lights on the dashboard which indicated vehicle needed repair; no rearview mirror. The vehicle was not cleaned out from the previous user, ie soda bottle and napkins in the vestibule of the vehicle. The vehicle sounded like it was going to break down when the gas pedal was pressed on. The store clerk was very helpful in attempting to help me figure out the reservation but the vehicle was not in good condition! Definitely would not use this site in the the future.SHARON M.
Tire pressure was low in the back left and front left (drivers side) tires. The sensor was on so I immediately went back in the store to report my findings. The older gentleman trainer filled both the tires and informed me that there was a screw in the back tire, so I should drive slow and take turns carefully. So I pulled away and the tire pressure light went off. After packing the van, the light came back on. Luckily, I have a portable air compressor, so when the PSI went back down to 24, I had no choice but to fill the tires again. I was an anxious mess all day worrying about the tires on top of the furniture I was moving. Thank God I was able to get the van back in time and before the air got back below 40 PSI but it was still a bad experience.Kathryn L.
