There were some technical glitches that caused some delays in getting me checked in, but the people there were as helpful and conscientious as they could be. The only issue I ran into was that they had included a dolly that I didn't request, and it just took up space that I could have used for other things. Not a huge deal (and far better than omitting something that I did request), but it would be good for the equipment to match the reservation.

The gentleman renting was quick, nice, and very friendly.

COLIN SMaintain the locks/replace the locks. The lock on the box to get the key was incredibly difficult to open and asked like all it needed was lubricant. Opening the lock was by far the most difficult part of the process, which was otherwise easy. Also the instructions in the app need to be clearer
