I was askedbifbibqantedbibsurqnce and I said NOnas I had insurance that would cover it. They billed me for insurance and later said because I had not signed a waiver for insurance i had to pay. No one mentioned a waiver and how was I supposed to know that ??? They would not reimburse me. I had to keep the truck for two weeks waiting for the apartment for my special needs son to become available to move into and each time I renewed my rental not a thing was asked about insurance. I’m very unhappy that was the outcome after I specifically said I did not need the insurance .

Scott CUpon pick up, the keys were locked in the truck and they couldn’t get it unlocked for 30 minutes which hindered our move time.
James BI put two gallons of fuel in less than a mile away from the drop off location. On the final billing I was charged for two additional gallons of fuel. I only drove the U-Haul 13 miles total.
