Upon pick up, the keys were locked in the truck and they couldn’t get it unlocked for 30 minutes which hindered our move time.

I put two gallons of fuel in less than a mile away from the drop off location. On the final billing I was charged for two additional gallons of fuel. I only drove the U-Haul 13 miles total.
