The back door was frozen shut had to wait 1.5 hours for someone with a heater to come and thaw the door. The washer fluid was frozen and did not work for the first day of rental The dolly wheel was stuck and I had to grease and work on the tire so it would move

I dropped off after hours so I can’t say the staff was helpful because they were in their warm homes hopefully.
MELANIE PThe App for pick up & drop off was a bit glitchy, which made it take a bit to get through it all. But being able to pick up and drop off when the location is closed was awesome.
Mark WThe uhaul had tomatos and dog food in the box of the truck. I struggled with the phone app. Also the truck gas tank was below empty and we were not even sure we would make it to the gas station. Back to app on the phone, we had two drivers listed but when the truck was returned we had difficulty with the app showing the truck was returned because the primary driver was not present with their phone and there was confusion on the app of how to show it had been returned. The location of the uhaul pickup was good and the employee at the location was super helpful. Summary is the truck box need a good sweeping, a little more gas should have been in the truck and the phone app really needs to be improved/revamped.
Susan NI was promised a discounted rate for meeting certain conditions on the rental. I met the conditions but was charged a higher rate. I complained at return and believe the rate has now been applied as a refund.
