We dropped by on the way through to make sure we knew where the location was because it was going to be afterhours when we returned the truck. The man at the desk told me exactly what to do and he was very nice. Start to finish, we would use UHAUL again just because both the pickup and drop-off went so smooth.

I was charged for a whole extra day after I was told I wouldn’t be charged for just a few hours. I probably wouldn’t rent U-Haul again.
STACIE HI rented 2 different u-hauls this week and will have to rent them again. The Criswells uhaul was outstanding and strongly recommend them again, The hop n shop I can't say the same. Criswell YES
