I regret not asking the gentleman his name. However, he was the only one working there and he had three customers ahead of us. He was so kind, courteous, attentive to each of the customers and so professional in his demeanor. He even offered us water and engaged in conversation with us, as busy as he was. After he took care of everyone else and it was our turn. It was closing time for him. That did not stop him from helping us and met us a few stores down to get a wire and sensor for our lights to the trailer we were hauling . He helped to install it so that our blinkers worked adequately. He went above and beyond!! Great experience and customer service. Thank you!!!

Charles MWe dropped by on the way through to make sure we knew where the location was because it was going to be afterhours when we returned the truck. The man at the desk told me exactly what to do and he was very nice. Start to finish, we would use UHAUL again just because both the pickup and drop-off went so smooth.
