The computer connection was slow and caused a little backup for customer's to check out their vehicles. The truck I rented was clean, full tank of gas and ready to go! The return was easy and had my final bill in a reasonable time. I will use them again and recommend to anyone who needs to rent a truck.

When we tried to drop off the van, the clerk was less than helpful, and the outside dropoff instructions were unclear. The second clerk was much more helpful and helped us complete the transaction.
