We have rented from this location multiple times. Our experience is typically very positive. Today however, we were given a truck that not only had debris in the back, the engine light was on. When we brought the light to the attention of the young man who was taking care of us, we were told that he was aware of it kind of blew us off. When we returned it, we told him we were returning it cleaner than we received it. He gave us the excuse that some people don’t do their jobs. We found him very unprofessional and unenthusiastic, almost to the point of being unfriendly. Although I said I would recommend this location, I would also advise that you verify everything carefully.
STEVEN AI think it’s unreasonable to charge for an entire day if you can’t return the truck until 12 . And no night drop.

RICHARD GWe had more stuff to move than we initially thought. We were able to extend the rental for another day and we went way over on the estimated miles. When we returned the truck, the staff at the office were very helpful.
