Awful process, charged me safe drive fee after asked to take it off and was told it would be. Then couldn’t figure out how to do it. Wound up paying it after 20 minutes of trying to return vehicle. Not good!

Thomas NManager threatened to call police after I told him I needed a couple extra hours with the truck. That was his immediate reaction, not the best way of dealing with a customer. I feel like the Uhaul enterprise should cut connections with him.
