My original reservation was in Lone Oak but moved to Quinlan. If not available in Lone Oak, don’t allow reservation or send someone to Quinlan to get the truck I reserved. I was expecting an in person process, but the store was closed and on vacation. Had to do mobile and it requires photos I had already submitted.
