It was Saturday and after 5pm so they were closed. Left keys in drop box but an employee said they couldn't find the keys when I called on Monday, as they were closed on Sunday. They said vehicle looked fine, and would take care of getting another set of keys. Other then that...

Nicest people ever. Great transaction. She helped me since we had the wrong drop off address.

Equipment was clean but The trailer lights kept shorting out and blowing the fuse on my truck. When it shorted my truck it wouldnt go into gear and the track control and ABS goes off so I had to figure out what the issue was then when I did I had to pull other fuses to make the truck work. None of my trailers or any I've rented from y'all have ever done this. I ran out of fuses from them blowing 4 times, was pulled over for no trailer lights, and eventually had to leave it unplugged. They work intermittently and once the trailer bounces around it grounds out and shorts again. Wires were frayed at the tongue and on the underside in the rear of the trailer. This is extremely dangerous at night and a huge pain to deal with.
