Jesse PThe app asked me to scan a location code, but there was no location code to be scanned. Ended up having to call customer service, and the process was extremely time consuming and frustrating.
KRISTINA SHi, I received the vehicle with the fuel level at 88%. When returning the car, it was difficult to determine how much fuel would be sufficient to match that exact level. To avoid any potential penalty, I ended up refilling the tank to 100%. This situation was inconvenient and unfair, as it is very challenging to estimate the precise amount of fuel needed to return the vehicle to exactly 88%. I previously contacted customer service to request a refund for the additional fuel cost, but my request was declined. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate it if you could consider offering a discount voucher or credit toward a future rental as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you for your time and consideration.
