Make sure to explain that the drop off time is prior to pick up time exactly or will be charged another day. Picked up at 1030am PST on a Monday and dropped off 2pm CST the following Monday and was charged for an extra day (after paying for one week and insurance this charge in essay and not outlined anywhere or told a specific time to drop off)

jay aI reserved a 4 x 8 at the Poway location. They called the day before and said I would have to go to Ramona to get a trailer. They did upgrade me to a 5 x8, but the Ramona location was quite the drive, and it took a quarter of a tank of gas to get there and back. The Ramona person did a great job and the equipment was great.
