This was my first time renting a moving truck, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. When I picked up the truck, I was quoted an estimated total cost of a little over $60. I only drove 8 miles in total and even added $10 worth of gas before returning the vehicle. I also took clear photos of the mileage and fuel level at both pickup and return as proof. Despite this, I was charged an additional $90 fuel fee, which I believe is completely unjustified. I did everything required and returned the truck in proper condition, and there is no reasonable explanation for this extra charge. I request an immediate review of this charge and a refund of the incorrect fuel fee.
