The car had less gas on receipt that was in the car and now they are trying to stick me with the gas charge.. I call to dispute it and the man who answered the phone was rude... I paid with AMX and I will now dispute the charges until Uhaul call me... the man on the phone was unprofessional and U call to reservation number and was left on hold over 20min.... I will not recommend this uhaul office

Ensure that the vehicle is inspected with the customer and that damage, mileage, and fuel levels are verified. Material like the sand that was in the bed of the truck should be washed out before rental. It clung to everything that was put in the bed.

When I got to this location the computers were down momentarily BUT the lady at the front desk did a manual contract and she had me in and out pretty quickly. I was very satisfied with the service because I thought it was going to take forever since the computers were down but not at all. Very happy customer!

I usually have a great experience with uhaul but I will not be using your services in the future. Planet Storage is terrible!!! First off, they made my reservation for the wrong day! When I called the morning of, panicking, I was told to come in, they could still get me a truck for that day. I told them I'd be there in 5 min because at that point, I was in a hurry. Got there, and no one was there for 10 min when I told her I was on my way!! The door was locked and no one one was answering the phone. When the woman finally came back, we told her we had called and been standing there the whole time, she told us we were lying!!! Then, she was completely rude during the transaction. I'd ask her questions about the rental and she wouldn't answer unless I repeated myself multiple times, and even then she wouldn't look at me and gave short 1 or 2 word answers not really explaining too much. Once all that was over I took the truck and went about my business. I went to put gas in the truck for the return but while getting some last minute things out of the front seat, I left the gas going and mistakenly put about $40 or $50 more gas in than was needed which ended up being 75$ total!! ?? Seeing as how's that's a fair amount of money to accidentally give to someone, I figured any normal business would figure out how to help their customer. Instead, I called and the woman tells me "sorry, it's in the contract" I knew this was the same woman from the day before so I called an actual Uhaul instead of that location to try to speak with a supervisor or something. I was just told there's nothing they can do since its in the contract. I was shocked at the indifference in insensitivity!! No one even offered to TRY to help, or at least TRY to make me feel better about the situation. I did the same thing with Budget or some other company a while back, and the overage was only about $10 or so. But THEY called ME to let me know and was happy to put the money back on my card. Uhaul basically said "Hey, thanks for your business and the extra gas but FUCK YOU!" I felt like you guys just wanted to take advantage pic the situation. I would never want to complete a transaction feeling like I got "Got!" I'm not sure how you can put in a contract, and stick to the idea that if someone accidentally gives you more money than your entitled to for your services, you just keep it and tell your customers they're shit out of luck. Moving is already stressful and expensive! I needed every penny I had, I didn't have $40 or $50 bucks to just donate to a thriving business. The fact that you guys are ok with keeping your customers money, that you did NOTHING extra to earn, blows my mind. Its dishonorable and disgusting. Now, if I had put too little gas in, it would be a problem and you'd better believe you would get your money back... at a higher rate than the actual price of gas even!! But I just take it as a lesson learned. I will not be using Uhaul for any future moves.
