Kevin EI dropped off at 715 pm, the only challenge was finding the Key Drop Off box, there were very small signs that I missed at night until i walked around the building twice. The internet was down in the area so I just dropped off the key, and got an email the next morning with the closing contract and details. It was painless for me.
