Best location/owner we have ever experienced! We’ve used a different location in Red Deer years ago ourselves and again for our Daughter where the owner gouged us, was unresponsive and just simply not nice. Mike restored our faith in U-Haul by far!!
Donald BI dropped vehicle off with the key box. Everything went smooth. Hopeful to get a refund as I had booked a dolly but there wasnt a dolly in the truck at pick up.
