I tried to use modern tech and pick up the truck via app. Horrible experience with the app. Luckily there was a nice sir at Postal Annex to assist in human form.

Even though the uHaul website allows it, self pickup is not available at this location. I had to wait 3 hours past my planned pickup time for the store to open, so that was a drag, otherwise it would have been a fine experience.

Nice to do business with

The uhaul rep stayed late to accommodate LA traffic. I traveled 3 hrs to get there and it would have been disastrous otherwise.

Super efficient staff member at the postal annex made it a really easy pick up, and also easy drop off.

He had me sign the paperwork in the store and find out after I left the mileage was wrong and took a picture of the mileage. He insisted that the paperwork was correct and wasn't helpful. I rent vans from uhaul all the time and will not use that location even though its just miles from my home.

This location keeps everything very professional and organized. This is our second rental from this location and we will be back again. We run sports events and need to transport equipment every few months, and having a ethical and professional running this location makes this so much easier.

I tried using the self pick up option, but since I had an out of state license I had to go into the store to pick up the truck. It would have been good to know that up front so that I didn't waste 15 minutes. Other than that, everything else was excellent. It was very simple to pick up and drop off to/from this location. The manager at the Postal Annex was courteous and helpful.

I got helpers from you They didn't show. I need to cancel . Don't know how. This sucks. They don't show I had to move myself, now I spend more time to not be,charged

My bill was MUCH more than I thought. Initially it was a $30 rental and for some reason was charged $150. I took the car no more than 5 miles the entire day.

The windows on the cargo van were dirty and the the truck could have used a vacuuming. My wife had to find the van in the parking lot without assistance. I believe it's because he was by himself and couldn't leave the store unattended.

I was harassed by the employee working at the store when I was returning my uhaul. This will be my last time purchasing anything from this or any other store.

Very easy process at this location. Although I did not use the internet check out process, they have it for internet savvy people. I was very impressed by how simple and honest this location was ! Thank you for making it easy!

The only thing that was frustrating about the process was when, I ordered a specific location online to pick up my van and I got told when I arrived that there was a different location I was never notified of this location until I arrived at the time to pick my truck up. This cost me time and gas money to have to drive to another location to pick up my truck the location of ended up picking up the truck was very helpful and nice though.

My second bad experience with UHaul in a few months and I will not be using this company further. Very rude and did not answer my questions directly, passed me on to another person to answer a simple question I had which is how many gallons of gas was I charged for. The second person I was in contact with was also extremely rude and unprofessional.

Great seamless transaction!! I did the advanced check in so we simply had to go in and pick up the dolly and the key. Will rent from this location again!

The truck was clean in the back part but the windows and the truck front area was dusty... overall the truck ran well and was a pleasure to deal with the sales rep. Thank you.

The guy there did not know how to do his job neither how to treat a customer. I spent there half an hour because of the dolly that i reserved but Uhaul did not give me in Costa Mesa. This guy told me to talk to Costa Mesa and I called. Finally I told him that he was Uhaul, Costa Mesa was Uhaul, and I was the customer so maybe they have to talk and I had to receive a solution. The experience was extremely disappointing...

I used to rent from Postal Solutions on Torrance Blvd. in Torrance. They had the EXACT SAME trucks now being rented at Postal Annex. The trucks are not filthy on the outside. They look like they have not been washed in weeks and the inside stuck of aerosol air "freshener" which gives me asthma. The previous rental agency, Postal Solutions, always washed and cleaned the vans. In fact, there are still stickers on the door of the van I rented this time, showing when employee had washed and maintained the vehicle when it had been rented by Postal Solutions. Secondly, apparently the original electronic key was lost. Now they just have the old fashioned mechanical key with no buttons to remotely unlock the doors. So every time I needed to unlock the side or back door of the truck I had to physically unlock the driver's door with the key, climb in and put the key in the ignition and turn the key to activate the electronic door locks so I could press the button to unlock the tailgate and cargo side doors. This was very annoying and inconvenient. You should reinstate Postal Solutions in Torrance as a vendor. They did a much better job. Also, if Postal Annex is to remain a vendor, please replace the original electronic key fob for remote unlocking of the vehicle.

Truck interior cab was dirty with spilled soda in and around cup holders. Windshield wipers didn't work well. When I sprayed window to clean window, it smeared water but didn't squeegee water off. Truck exterior mirrors were dirty.

The van was pretty dirty inside and out. We wiped down the cab area to make it feel a bit cleaner. The van ran well and hauled the load for us. I'd recommend with the caveat that it wasn't very clean. Location was just average because it's messy inside the store, too.
