They have a gate and less restricted. They asked me to return using app. The order did not even show up in my app. They told me over the microphone to leave the keys in the box. After an hour I get a call that the truck is not that clean. Take it and clean or pay $65. What a shame. I said I will be back by 5pm. If the delivery/return was in person then I would have gone to car wash (Ducky’s - 1/2 mile away). What a shame. Also last two bookings they are marking the fuel gauge wrong. Why is the technology not helping ?
satish sVery slow service. I was the only customer and I had to wait while the guy was doing something to his personal car. He was also very rude.
Orrin MConvenient- however, after hours check in app pretty quirky. Another customer returning a truck at the same time was having fits with the app. Witnessed a Horrible app experience during their return.
