Rick & Esmeralda are a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, friendly and efficient. I've rented the same trailer from them for years and they're always ready to help me rent the trailer I need. I look forward to next July when I will need the same trailer again.
MARC HI was told that insurance would be $5-$10. I specifically asked if that was per day or for the entire rental. I was told it was for the entire rental. It turns out insurance was$56. So I was mislead.
David TUsually the person who does check out makes sure you understand the check out/check in procedure. Luckily the truck was in great condition and easy to drive. I would have to say, I've always had a good experience renting from U-Haul.
Susan PReally great customer service! They helped me hook up my trailer and even gave me some heavy duty carabiners as adapters I needed for free. Very helpful. Would recommend getting your equipment here if you need something in Redwood City.
