Terrible customer service. The owner was extremely rude with my husband with no reasons on the day we picked up the trailer. This is the second time with the same person. We returned the trailer a day earlier. He charged $120 cleaning fees for already cleaned trailer. The trailer we got was old, with broken walls and uneven floor. I will never again use your service. Switching to Costco or another place

How U-Haul Reviews WorkA previous renter had some issue (obvious in pre-pics) with the left windshield that eventually made the weather stripping come loose on the way back and flop around, hitting the driver's window constantly. Someone should have caught that, as it was obvious scraping near the rubber and it could be dangerous for some drivers.

peter cThe location is very convenient for me. However, when I picked up the truck it was out of gas (the vehicle estimated it had enough fuel to drive 9 miles) and it was out of windshield wiper fluid. I got a credit for returning the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas but the credit was quite a bit less than the gas cost.
