Arrived at 4:45pm to return a truck, gates were closed, nobody on premises. App hangs up when trying to do mobile return and at the end I’m charged $20 for after hours return.

Anthony GMaking reservations was difficult, locations changed, had to fix the drop off location bc that was also changed, car was incredibly loud, and horrific gas mileage. overall, definitely sub par and would not recommend to my friend.
