john SThe interaction with the site manager was not helpful, nor enjoyable. When I arrived, the guy was working on some other van and made it seem like having a customer was a hassle. I actually wanted a one-way, but was told it wasn't available, then later told conflicting information, particularly when i had to bring a trailer empty back from NV, instead of getting a one-way. I had explained my situation and it almost seemed like the fella working there was trying to be as unhelpful as possible. In fact, the guy i had helping me also noted the same interaciton. When I asked if I could extend the reservation, the answer was yes. Due to logistical challenges, I did in fact need to extend. This was followed by repeated and unpleasant conversations including being told, I had better get the trailer back, "or else". That's a direct quote. i will not be renting from that uhaul again.
