They were great, opened early, took unit no problem. The guy there was very knowledgeable. (Might want to clarify the "24 hour" name? Good thing I called. Came the next day.)
Randell VSome random guy, clearly not a U-Haul employee opened a gate to let me in to the parking lot, I pulled up to the correct spot with the U-Haul wait here sign to wait for an employee and the guy starts to unhook my trailer. I had to get him to stop because he didn’t know what he was doing and I didn’t want him to mess up my car or the trailer, and again he was not a U-Haul employee. Had to ask him many times to stop and not try to take the trailer off, so I could use the app and take the pictures before dropping off. The Uhaul employee I’ve worked with at this place before, who called me and told me he would be there, never showed up and I know he’s incredibly particular about his business and how things are handled, so it was surprising he didn’t show up/wasn’t there.

Adriano MThe employee put down the wrong mileage of the car and I got charged for extra ten miles. I have pictures with date and gps stamp showing the mileage and place when I got the truck. When I talked to him about it he said I should’ve checked the mileage when Checking it out. I thought I could trust Uhaul and thought you’re employees would be more professional.

Sergio FThere was one person supporting the location, and he made us pay $95 for an adapter, while the U-Haul website shows it costs $35. We were told that the only accepted payment is Cash or Venmo! It was that or not being able to get our trailer. We needed the trailer the same day so we paid with Venmo $95 to a non-business account, to an account owner named "Esmeralda Lopez"...
Selim BI scheduled moving assistance based on the U-Haul website stating this location opened at 7:00 AM, and confirmed movers for 8:00 AM accordingly. Two days later, I was told the location actually opens at 8:00 AM, leaving me no practical way to reschedule the movers and creating unnecessary stress and added cost. When I arrived at 8:00 AM, there were multiple customers ahead of me and only one employee, who told me “it’s going to be a while” and dismissed my attempt to explain my time-sensitive situation. As a result, I had to arrange for someone else to meet the movers to keep things on track. The location itself was fine, but inaccurate information and poor customer interaction created a frustrating experience that did not reflect well on U-Haul.
Sherman HLet me first begin by saying that I do not understand the need for U-Haul’s regional approach to assigning assets for rent. I selected a convenient, highly rated location to rent my 10 foot truck. Instead, I was assigned a location that was physically closed on my pickup day and forced to use the mobile application to get the vehicle. A potentially major hiccup occurred when the truck key was not in the noted lockbox number. Fortunately the closed location had someone who was able to quickly contact the site owner and help us retrieve the key from the lockbox it was mistakenly placed in - crisis averted. I believe U-Haul should get your desired vehicle to the location you select as part of the rental service.

GUY CDon’t be late returning your trailer even though they are closed on Sunday all day or you will be charged for 2 days. I have rented many times from real Uhaul locations and have always been told to get it back after they close and they will look it over in the morning.

John CI was told the trailer was not available until maybe 11am. Then I find out one was there all along and I could have picked it up earlier. The guy tells me over the phone if I don't show up by 1130 then I'm "SOL". I get there and have to wait 30 minutes anyway, location has Poor signage, no office, pick up took much longer than expected and rushed off the lot so the owner could go to lunch. Ridiculous to create a necessity to hurry up and wait for guy to get his act together, then acts as though there is no need to rush- until I paused to adjusted my mirrors to tow the trailer off the lot.
Walter CUnfriendly and ridiculous availability. Location is not open as advertised. Good luck trying to pick up or drop off without meeting owner on his time schedule. Trailer was not mechanically sound. One tire had half the recommended tire pressure, one of the two lights was malfunctioning.. no instructions given or run down of how to use/ operate. Not a great experience

DAVID KRented a motorcycle trailer last month to pick up a customer's bike. On the 30-mile drive back, I noticed a vibration at a certain speed. Looking in the mirror, I could see the right side of the trailer doing a little dance. Pulled over to check the lug nuts..all were tight. Turns out there was a defect in the right tire. Rented the same trailer yesterday, and both tires were new and smooth as glass. Great job.

ross tWhen I arrived Sunday afternoon it was closed, so started to take pictures and go through the key drop box process. But then someone showed up as there were 3 customers there at the same time. It's not an official U-haul location. It's very easy to miss as it looks like it's in a residential neighborhood.
MICHAEL BTrailer was dirty and not broom swept. The back latch to the trailer door was difficult to operate as it was stuck most of the time. This was not our original pick up location. It was 20 minutes north of our original pick up point and it was not the size trailer we originally reserved. This resulted in leaving items behind because they would not fit. We lost money on those items because we did not have time to sell them.

Daniel TEasy location to acces a large selection of uhaul trucks. I was in and out with in minutes of my reservation. No countertop sales people, just a helpful dude with a tablet. The truck I borrowed was new with all the bells whistles of technology. There was a tiny hiccup with the dashboard having been serving a different language. The issue caused no inconvenience to me. Highly recommend. ***BONUS**** There are several gas stations to make it easy to return with the same fuel as when it was picked up.

kennette mI rent a motorcycle trailer anywhere from 2-3 times a month to once every quarter. Depends on what's going on in the shop. Always had great, fast service and never a problem with the trailers or hookups. Except this time. 100-mile round trip to drop off a BMW. I didn't notice the problem until I got on the interstate and the trailer was bouncing up and down. The bike was strapped down, so no problem there. But the trailer was not happy. When I slowed to 20mph, you could watch the left side of the trailer bounce up 6-8 inches. Either the tire lost a weight or it's bad tire. If I took a turn faster than 45mph, the bouncy trailer would try to steer the car. A little unnerving. But I got the bike delivered and the trailer back. Just not the best UHaul experience after decades of good stuff.
greg hBig yard that you can’t use. Had to call in to find out what to do and he was out to lunch then said he’d turn around and park it there. And said he’d check me in when he gets back but didn’t and called me end of the day and asked why I didn’t check it in. Very confusing
Steven GThis is my third time here in each time as been a great experience. I’ve come and picked up a trailer to haul a car and I’ve left within half an hour. Pro tip, go on the U-Haul website, choose this location and reserve whatever vehicle you’re looking for. Once you come in, you take a picture of your license back in front, through their app and you’ll be shoot out the door. You pop up, you can go on their website on your phone there and reserve it. I will only come here now, if I am gonna rent anything U-Haul related.
