Anali MThe mobile app pickup process didn't work. Please fix the issues with the App! That made the process very stressful and much more complicated. It required the phone support team (mentioned below) to assist from their location and resolve the issues. Unfortunately the Reseda Wireless location was closed the day I went to pick up my truck so they couldn't assist me. I had to find the truck in the parking lot in the back of the building. Probably not too safe later in the evening to go back there. Another issue was that the moving blankets and moving dolly were not in the truck as ordered and billed. They should at least notify me in advance that those critical moving supplies WILL NOT be available as scheduled for my pickup. I want to recognize the local dispatch/scheduling team that schedules the rentals for the San Fernando Valley. They were available via phone and were very helpful assisting me remotely to get my rental check in completed and get the truck open and secure the keys. Please thank the SF Valley scheduling team for their outstanding service!
