Truck was running very poorly. CEL light was flashing, sputtering, almost stalled in freeway traffic several times. Smoke from exhaust. Terrible and stressful experience. Pass door wont fully close, looks like it was broken into. Bad rattle in drivers window. If I wasn't on a time deadline, I would have requested a replacement

I placed a reservation for 6 dollies and only one was available. This would of been fine if this was communicated but if was changed the night before with no notice. Also the truck had no gas in it. The gas cap had no lock os of could of been siphoned. Regardless I had no fuel. I dont think ill be using this service again.
Jameson MWhen I picked up the truck, there was a saw blade and gas cap on the ground. The gas was empty and when I went to fill it up, there was a hole in the gas can. The truck also had a major exhaust leak - it sounded like I was driving a motorcycle, even in the cab. It was the loudest vehicle I’ve ever had to drive. AC only worked sometimes and the truck had trouble downshifting.
Justin WCharged $20 even though I topped off with gas. Before and after pictures of miles remaining and fuel gauge are evidence. Will look for alternative going forward.
