I use to get truck from this location many times, never had problems. This time worst experience ever , also Uhaul experience. I had move in day, reservation for one day, but always happened not enough time. I called to extend time….( never had problems with that) UhAul customer services explained already have reservations on this truck but can return truck 1:30 later, still gonna be charged extra day. My understanding if charged extra day , mean extra 24 hours. UhAul have coverege for this situations. Both authorized dealer and customer service start yelling with high speech ( need now!!!!) . Finally another customer care representative help me with extension and no cause problems. No more rent from this location
