I had a fairly good experience with the local pick up site affiliated with U-Haul. I did have difficulty with U-Haul’s new policy of taking and posting photos of the rental vehicle. After 40 minutes and multiple attempts to do so, and data timing out before I could upload to their website, I finally called the U-Haul assistance number to have someone help me. This experience was very frustrating. I understand taking the photos protects me as the customer and renter, but is there an easier and less time consuming process that can be used?
