You need to update your costumer that location is close on weekend.....and encourage them to do online.mobile pick up before it go there....we spend 1 hour and 30minutes to settle under the freezing cold last saturday....very disappointed for what happened to us.....if its not important we cancel that day but its we already schedule to move stuff that day....very sad and disappointed
