The only issue I had with the truck was the intense cigarette smell in the cab. It was suffocating and I couldn't roll the windows down due to rain. Otherwise, as clean as expected for a moving truck.

The inside cabin filter may need to be changed because when I turned on the air conditioner in the rental van it had a stale odor. But this location is a good one and convenient.

Had to hook it up myself. The running/tail light on one side was out. Because I was in a bind, I had to take the only unit they had available and run without a left side tail light. I am sure the problem was not with my tow vehicle,as I had a tester with me and one side did work. Both brake lights/signals worked, but only one tail light. The tires were again, under-inflated by 25psi on one side and 15psi on the other. I also had to re-torque the wheel/lug nuts because they were loose.

Looking on line the price stated 19.99.So i called and was quoted 18.99. So I reserved it but when i went to pick up the trailer my price was 24.99? I dont understand why the price jumped, but other than that it everything was great. Thank you

The wait time to getting the trucks is too long. I registered online because it was suppose to cut the wait time. I still waited for 20 minutes. Granted the truck wasn't back when it was suppose to. Other than that the location is convenient for me. I would definitely use them again.

This location does NOT have a good sign. It is in a plaza and you see the trucks parked in the lot but it is hard to know which store to go in because the sign is not very big and there were also other signs. The man was helpful but had to go outside for a long time and just left me waiting inside this store. There was someone making noise in the back but never came out. It was very unsettling. But he was very nice. Maybe it couldn't be helped...it was just really weird.

Vehicle had mud on exterior around wheel wells and along running boards. Vehicle had leaves and dirt on floor boards. I accepted the vehicle because it was needed then. Was not available from my normal dealership (60 Mart, 3109 Williamsburg RD, Henrico, VA)
