When I picked up the truck, the agent disappeared for 10 minutes with no explanation while another Uhaul customer and I waited. The agent asked for ALL of the information I had already entered into the website when I scheduled the rental. She took a picture of my driver's license with her phone. You can guarantee that if my personal information is violated, I will point insurance identity theft investigators straight to Uhaul and Just Because. When I returned the truck, I was told that my original payment was insufficient and that I had a new total because my mileage exceeded the original estimate. I get that the fee would increase. I have yet to receive the updated statement with a new total. As a whole, this experience with Uhaul was not a good one.MATTHEWSTEPHEN J.

Soon after reserving a trailer we received a call from a courteous uhaul representative telling us our trailer wasn't available and helped us to get another trailer. It seems like we were able to reserve a trailer that you didn't have and then we had to settle for a smaller one.Blair B.

They really to check gas before sending people out to take a truck. Lady to us is was a full tank of gas but turns out it was almost half of tank. Now they are trying to charge me extra because they lied. I made sure I took a picture before leaving out of parking lot of gas and mileage.tiquandra M.

Renting the truck during the time the facility is closed was awful. I spent most of my time trying to check in and get the info for the truck, waiting for a uhaul rep to answer and then returning the vehicle. This was a terrible experience and I will no longer rent if the office is closed.QUIANA HUBBARD L.
The equipment WAS CLEAN! Thank you! Though I didn't have any trouble with the truck during my 1500 mile drive, I was concerned by the check engine light that stayed on the entire time. This means that some maintenance needs to be done to this truck, and I wonder if I would have gotten better gas mileage if the issue related to this service light was not present.Tara P.
Unfortunately the cab and cargo area were not clean. I was not given the the impression that the cab was sanitized between users. With Covid-19 I would have expected higher cleaning standars than a check box if I might have been exposed. I chose u-haul because of the contactless service. I am very disappointed and will not be using this service in the future.Mathew P.
