Make sure that the proper equipment is in the truck that the customer has ordered. Make sure that customer’s card is not double charged. and if so, it is reimbursed in a timely manner where said Customer does not have to wait 72 hours for a return call just get a refund that’s gonna take an additional 72 hours to Post very unhappy with the service the quality I rented a truck the day before reserved it truck was not available at the U-Haul location where I made a reservation the day before where they had available truck. No one reached out to me to tell me that the truck was no longer there went by another location would’ve had a lot of available. Trucks associate refused to rent me a truck exclaiming that all the rentals were booked passed by that location multiple times at night all the rentals that were on the lot. We’re still there on the lot, causing me to have to rebook another rental over the phone where I’m now having an issue of being double charged.

The guy running the place is a good man

Carl GI did not sign any documents for whatever the reason was. However, I was charged twice for the equipment, even higher than the original quote it for contract reservation amount. I look forward to speaking with a manager from U haul.
Dr FThe trailer was returned on Sunday when they were closed. I called first thing Monday morning letting them know that I dropped it off there and the issue. Stayed on hold for 27 minutes. I was told it would get received in soon, but then got another call from the original location that it was supposed to be dropped off at later in the day, telling me that it had still not been received into the system. I called back and they close at noon every day. Onl a sidenote, the location in Jackson that it was supposed to been returned to, were super helpful and friendly every time I spoke to them
