I was told if I return the U-Haul earlier than the days it was scheduled I would get a refund for the difference. The owner I believe had lied about this. I noticed the lie after he told the drop off location a completely different name than he used when talking to me. He also mentioned a lot about his experience working with this company for over 35 years and someone who has that much seniority would not lie about such. Would not recommend this location again. Had I known I wasn’t getting a refund for the difference I would’ve kept the truck an extra day and not unloaded as quick. Reason for 2 star and not 1 is because he did help fix my reservation after which was very helpful after the site in Chicago completely messed it up. L&T first stated his name was Liam and then Jonathan after making me look dumb in front of the employees at the drop off location.

nothing everything was perfect
Tatiara JTruck was covered in snow and had the equivalent of 2 dumpsters of disgusting garbage in the back. Check in took an hour by the time we cleaned out the garbage and got the snow off the windshield and hood.
Daniel MOnly issue I had was nothing to do with the location, but with the online reservation. The website and app didn’t show my reservation, had to sit on the phone for around 30 minutes to get the issue resolved and continue with pickup.
