Tracy and Chris were EXCEPTIONAL! As noted in the above "Pick Up Location " comments, the odometer reading on the contract when we picked up the truck was incorrect. But we had a photo of the odometer reading when we picked up the truck, again reinforcing the importance of documenting everything when you pick up and return a rental. But to say Tracy and Chris were exceptional truly understates how helpful, courteous and knowledgeable they were in the return process. Thank you Guys!

Mobile return didn't work. The app recognized where I was but didn't offer me the opportunity to mobile return. I had to call into customer service and wait an hour and a half for a call back to ensure that the return was successful
