How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything about this U-Haul experience was terrible
BENJAMIN AThis location is in the mountains and the roads to it are NOT SAFE FOR TRUCKS
Ross GThe store manager was abrasive and belligerent. He showed no respect for customers. Besides, he was not good at using the online portal.
Andre AVery remote location for drop off, lack of adequate parking for returns and little cell service which made the drop off process slow. My experience with renting a truck thru the U Haul app was poor and I would not use it again nor would I recommend to others. The truck itself was fine, in fact I had a fairly new unit.
