You can quit moving the location that is reserved from. Seems to be a mileage scam to get more mileage $$ for no reason. My reservation got moved 10+ miles away. Called location I wanted- had truck I needed on day I needed it. Could not get an answer why it was moved. We moved it back to correct location. Great job Winter's storage. Would think twice about using a company that is trying to scam customers into paying extra.

Only having the truck for 48 hours, it would have been nice to have a full tank of gas. Getting gas twice wasted time.

Ryan RFollow through with what you say you are going to do and then not lie saying keys are there. It puts your customers behind. Please do an overlook of vehicles when returned. There was mud inside of the cab very dirty. The transmission slipped while driving along with a belt squeaking under the hood. Windshield wipers didn’t work as should and the inside of the truck leaked and ruined several items.
