I want to give a shout out to Joyce at the Gibbs St. location as she was SUPER in assuring us that our reserved truck would be at that specific location - this was important to us as we were in the midst of a tough move for my elderly mother, and the Gibbs St location was the closest pickup within a very tight schedule. She also met us earlier than their typical Saturday hours and was great at communication with me with my numerous questions. Really appreciated her use of small, tiny stickers to mark spots/blemishes on the truck that weren't our responsibility- gave us ease knowing that we wouldn't face any questionable issues on the other end of things. The one negative was that this truck came with back door cables that tangled the very first time we attempted to close the door after loading- it'd only been driven 3-5 miles to our loading spot and the door was literally opened only once. I did use the road assistance insurance and dispatch did communicate well soon after the request for help was put in. We did wait about 3 1/2 hours for service to show up, so it was dark and chilly outside without the ability to leave the fully loaded truck open. Bad start, but all when well from there in the 2000 mile one way journey.
