Usually we have no issues with the vehicles we rent from Joyce on Gibbs street. But unfortunately this time The rear cargo door of the truck would only open about 3 inches. We had to use a pry bar to open it every time we closed it. We called Joyce when we first noticed it and she offered to replace the truck, but unfortunately it was a larger truck and I did not feel comfortable driving a larger truck. (I had another issue with another truck rental who substituted a larger truck for the truck I rented). Fortunately we were able to open it and load and unload this truck. But each time we used a pry bar. Joyce is wonderful every time I rent. She apologized many times about the difficulty we had with the door.

Everything was timely and I was in and out in no time while at the same time not feeling rushed and all my questions were answered. If I need a uhaul again I will absolutely return here.
