Better information in regards to truck availability. I went to the wrong place where they had no truck at all. I had a confirmation number but it didn't exist. I was finally directed here and everything went fantastic.

The air conditioning was broken in the truck and it needed a new muffler. It was very loud.
DONNA DI would not because upon returning he tried to charge me extra mileage that I didn’t use. Only drove one round trip and not any more than that. 13 miles each direction and I paid for 30 miles. He then tore the zip tie off of the dolly and tried to say we used it. My 24 year old daughter saw him rip it off. He then proceeded to throw his device and talked extremely rudely to me. I did tell him he did t need to be so rude. I would never recommend this location to anyone due to the horrible attitude the man had and how angry he was that he had to work and had customers
LESLIE SI have used Bollman several times and everybody including the owner is great to work with. Their equipment is always in tip top shape and very dependable.
NICHOLAS LOutstanding! I was able to drive in and drop off with a drive through spot at the end of of their lot. It was a perfect set-up. Customer service was excellent! After driving in from OH, it was much appreciated.
