this was not the preference location. However, they were easy to work with. My original pickup was on Wabash Ave in Terre Haute, IN. NOONE called me the day before as I was advised in reservation email. I called Friday morning at 7:30 am to find out that there was no truck available for me at the Terre Haute location. I spent 1 hour on the phone getting a replacement location reserved. When I went to pick up the truck, there was NO dolly available. Rockville location advised I call the district office to see if I could pick up a dolly at another location. I was advised that the Wabash store had TWELVE dollies on hand and that we could get one there. When my son stopped to pick up the dolly, he was told by the person there that they did not have any dollies and he was "out of luck". I then called back to the district office and was advised that another location in Terre Haute had a dolly. I had reserved a utility dolly. When I got to the THIRD location in the pouring rain, they only had an appliance dolly which would not work taking boxes up and down the staircase as we needed. I called for a 4th time to the district office where she located a 4th location that had a dolly. I drove to this location and was finally able to get a dolly even though the gentleman there was not very friendly. All of this took an additional hour of time that we should have been loading the truck, mileage and gas in the truck to locate a dolly. VERY FRUSTRATING.
