I really think U-Haul hubs should have an actual computer to use to do the rental transactions on for simplicity and efficiency. Many times a phone interface from a site doesn't work correctly, and while the guy I rented from was very nice and all, everything was done on his phone, and it took forever to enter information, most of which had to be re-entered 3 or 4 times, and have the pages load correctly and actually be functional.
