location and reps were awesome but the uhaul app is uselss, the app kept crashing on my phone, then kept asking me to sign in.
ALEX HService was excellent equipment was pretty good but we did have an issue with our car dolly. One of the locking pins for the skids/ramps was missing and zip tied into place but we failed to notice it until we had loaded the truck and we’re ready to load the car. we were able to get it to our destination reported The U-Haul dropped off, said they would take it out of. Mahalo, Everything.
