JAMES JI rented a truck and returned it on the same day (less than 6 hours after picking it up). I was charged $20 for returning it after hours because I dropped the key in the drop box. This was not explained to me properly at the time of renting. In fact, I was told to drop the key in the box if returned early. Seems like an unfair charge to me. I would suggest better communication at time of rental or remove the box (serves no purpose if you're charged).
