did not actually meet anyone was dropped off
earl kGet people that know how to handle the equipment, only one person knew how to install the auto transport, and he left by the time we needed help and we had to resort to YouTube videos, that weren’t even from u-haul, on how to properly install everything, we thought they knew how to work with the equipment, but the only thing they knew is say “I never done this before”. The equipment was rusty and unclean, as well as the inside of the truck and the pricing was badly explained, they made it sound that we would get paid if we took the truck and the transport to the other site, but it was only that the total amount would go down. Super unfriendly to new customers or people that don’t move very often.
