Would like to thank the young lady that helped me set up the rental and for all her help in accomodating me with the certain days and times that I needed in order to do what I had to do. The rental was easy and the drop off was also satisfactory I use this location mostly because it is close to my home again thank you
Richard SMake sure the truck is in full working condition before handing keys to customer. Our first truck's right tail light was broken and did not light up when breaking or signaling. I only noticed as my dad drove the truck and I drove behind him on the way home. It was our first time getting a U-haul truck so did not think to check everything beforehand and assumed everything worked as it made a blinker noise from inside the truck when signaling. Fortunately your location had another truck we could swap out for but were not given anything for the inconvenience of having to return and do the swap. You should strongly consider allowing a certain amount of either reimbursement or free packing supplies if you're going to inconvenience your customers. I want to emphasize this is NOT the staff's fault as she did her best despite working completely alone as a newer employee with what seemed like minimal managerial support.
Tiffany WThe associate who helped me absolutely killed it! The power was out at the location and she still helped me by manually opening the gate so I could get my truck! She could have left it at the power being out but she went above and beyond to help. She deserves a raise or something!
