Snow and Ice cap wasn't cleaned off the top of the vehicle (which is also pretty high), I had to go get a brush and clean it myself since it's dangerous to drivers. And also i was told I can't park in the lot after 6pm because I can get towed - that's ridiculous for someone renting a uhaul for the day and very inconvenient, especially as there's plenty of spaces.
